Member Qualifications

Prohibited Uses

Violations of the Expo Code of Conduct may result in the termination of access to Expo services or removal of content, including previously sent messages, without notice.

You will not upload, post, transmit, transfer, disseminate, distribute, or facilitate distribution of any content, including text, images, sound, data, information, or software, that:

Content added to an Expo site from outside that site's market (ie posting a listing on the US Expo site while in Germany) may not appear on the site due to protective filters. Please add content only to your market's Expo site, or wait until Expo has been released in your market.

The Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 prohibits real estate postings with any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination. Windows Live Expo will not knowingly accept any posting for real estate which is in violation of the law.

Federal, state and local laws prohibit employment postings with any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap or other protected class. Windows Live Expo will not knowingly accept any posting for employment which is in violation of the law.

Termination and Cancellation

Microsoft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and remove user-created services and content at will and without notice, and delete postings or ban participants that are deemed objectionable.

Rights and Responsibilities

We encourage our Members to not share information that others could use to harm you, and for parents to be aware of and help exercise control over content posted by and activities of their children to keep them safe online.

Microsoft is not responsible for the content or activities in any user-created listing. The decision to view or engage all content is yours and we advise you to use your judgment.

Microsoft reserves the right to amend or change the Code of Conduct at any time without notice, and encourage you to periodically review these guidelines to ensure you are in compliance.
